If you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your print. If your print arrives damaged please advise us within 24 hours, so we can contact our supplier. Claims made after this point may not be honoured.
If it is not up to your satisfaction or there is a defect with a print please provide us with as much evidence as you can (i.e photos) and we will be happy to help resolve the issue. There is no need to return the one you have.
For questions or concerns about your order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and 2 digital photos of the print(s). Please do not return the goods to us. As soon as we have received the email and photos and have heard back from our production supplier we will follow up with your request.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have insurance with our couriers so we can send a replacement free of charge. Please provide us with as much evidence as possible to make your claim (i.e. photos).
If you do not want a replacement and are absolutely set on a refund we will review everything and issue a refund immediately. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
PLEASE NOTE: As per our production supplier's guidelines, if you would like to receive a replacement print or a refund we will ask for digital photos of the print being destroyed before it can be replaced or a refund issued.
